Nidec Corporation (TSE: 6594; OTC US: NJDCY) (the “Company”) announced the postponement of the disclosure date for the Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2026, and also stated that the Company would promptly notify the new scheduled date of disclosure of the Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2026, as soon as it is determined, in our press release dated July 24, 2025, titled "Notice Regarding the Disclosure of the Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2026, Exceeding 45 Days After the Quarter-End."
The Company hereby announces that the Company has established a disclosure date for the Financial Results for the First Quarter of the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2026, as detailed below.
In addition, as stated in the Annual Report submitted on September 26, 2025, investigations by the ThirdParty Committee regarding suspected inappropriate accounting practices involving the Company and its group, as well as other internal investigations, are ongoing. After the disclosure of the Financial Results for the First and Second Quarters of the fiscal year ending March 2026, as a result of above investigations, should it be discovered that there exists any material misstatement that requires amendment in the Consolidated Financial Statements, the Company intends to take appropriate measures, including amendments of the Annual Report and other documents already submitted at that time.
