[ Requests of Certificates of Non-Applicability ]
In order to ensure global security, "Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act" requires to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass producti
on such as nuclear weapons, biological/chemical weapons, missiles, and so on. It also requires to refrain from exporting special materials
which can be used to make weapons to concerned areas in order to prevent regional conflicts.

When you export regulated goods or technologies, it is required to get a permission from Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
