A heat exchange system that transfers thermal energy between the Facility Water System (FWS) and the Technology Cooling System (TCS) without mixing the two liquids.

Equipped with pumps to deliver coolant to servers and a heat exchanger that isolates FWS and TCS during thermal transfer.
