This is an upgrade of one of Nidec OKK's bestselling machines!! With its main unit made more rigid than before, this model now boasts better accessibility to its works, easier maintenance, and user-friendliness. As with its predecessor, each of VM43RII's feeding guide devices uses a highly precise and rigid rectangular sliding box guide way. In addition, with the use of the No.50 taper spindle, this model can machine a variety of works, ranging from general components to titanium and other difficult-to-cut parts.

The product's features
Column base
With the base of its column changed to a taper shape to make the base 30% wider, and with parts of its main unit made into a high-rigidity, box-type structure to allocate diagonal ribs (of a triangle rib structure) properly, this model is rigid and excellent in absorbing vibration. Thanks to synergies with the sturdy triangular guide on each sliding surface, this model boasts smooth cutting performance and high-quality finished surfaces.
Spindle
This model's spindle uses a gear spindle for deep cut, and it is an MS spindle that is excellent at high-speed machining. With double-face contact spindles installed as standard, the output of this model's standard spindles has improved (No. 40: 11.5/7.5kW; and No. 50: 15/11kW). With this model, the user can choose a spindle from those for high-quality die machining to those for component or mass-production machining, subject to what circumstances require.
Table
This model's accessibility has improved, with the distance from its cover's front area to the spindle 715mm, and with the distance of 900mm to the table. With the door that opens all the way to its ceiling section and without the top section's door rail that was with conventional models, this model is easier to operate than them.
