To meet the demands for machining components for automobiles, general industrial machines, and other mass-produced parts, this horizontal machining center boasts faster and more efficient machining capabilities than others. This model (i) performs low-speed deep cut on ferrous materials, high-speed cut on aluminum materials, and handles so many other types of machining; (ii) flexibly handles automatic jig interface; and (iii) is equipped as standard with two coil conveyors in front and back of its ceiling shower and table.

This model adopts a main unit that moves items fast. With an optimized mobile mass and a servo ATC, this model boasts a feeding speed of 63m/min. and an acceleration rate of 1G, with C to C in 2.8 seconds, successfully reducing its time for non-cutting operations.

Max tool length

This model can perform deep-hole boring and other types of machining without reversing its palette, with short cutting time and high accuracy. This product can accommodate tools that are up to 450mm long (The diameters of tools that are 350mm or longer are limited).

Wide column and a high-rigidity roller guide

By adopting a wide column and a highly rigid roller guide, this model can machine a wider range of works, including not only aluminum, but iron and cast metals as well.
