Nidec Material Corporation's electrical contacts are developed, designed, manufactured, and sold with a commitment to environmental preservation. Recognizing that global environmental conservation is one of the most critical challenges facing humanity, we strive to reduce harmful environmental impacts and continue providing eco-friendly products by implementing the following environmental activities.

1. 1. In all aspects of our business activities, we will focus on the following key areas from 　 the perspective of global environmental conservation:
   　（１）Strive to develop and manufacture products with environmental considerations.
   　（２）Aim for effective use of resources, focusing on energy and resource conservation.
   　　　　Additionally, promote waste separation and recycling to reduce total emissions.
   　（３）Strive to reduce environmental pollutants.
2. 2. Comply with environment-related laws, regulations, and other requirements, and proactively engage in environmental conservation.
3. 3. Set environmental targets and conduct periodic reviews through internal environmental audits and reporting to management.
4. 4. Conduct environmental education and internal public relations activities to ensure all employees are informed and to promote environmental conservation activities.
5. 5. Strive for the continuous improvement of our environmental management system and promote pollution prevention activities.
6. 6. This environmental policy is disclosed both internally and externally.
