In order to produce an electrical contact, we have the production equipments of a powder metallurgical process and a fusion process uniquely in Japan. We produce an electrical contact by a
proper process according to a required characteristics material and a required shape.
We produce a product by the consistent producing process from a material to a product, so all users can surely satisfy our product. In a powder metallurgical process, we mainly produce a contact for electric power and an electrode using tungsten-based materials. In a fusion process, we mainly produce an on-vehicle contact and a contact for home electrical appliances mainly using silver-based materials. - As automotive electrification accelerates, electromagnetic relays have become a critical component. Electrical contact for Electric power
Features
This contact is a particular composite alloy having both of high conductivity and arc resistance. This composite alloy is produced by compositing a high melting point metal excellent in arc resistance, and durability, e.g., tungsten, tungsten carbide, or the like with a high electrical conductive and high thermal conductive metal of Ag and Cu by a powder metallurgical process. This contact is used as various contacts for an electric power.
Applications
Examples in Introductions/Achievements This contact is widely used as an electrical contact in heavy load applications in a power receiving/distributing substation, e.g., various power breakers (in vacuum, oil, atmosphere, and gas), a pole switch, a tap switch, etc.
Electrode
Features
This electrode is a particular sintered composite material of tungsten and silver or copper,and is for an electrode material for electric discharge machining more excellent inconsumption resistance, working speed, and workability, and cutting-machinability than ageneral copper-based electrode material. This electrode is useful for electric discharge machining with high accuracy and high efficiency.
