Absolute type of linear position detector

MPLZ series is an absolute type of linear position detectors using electromagnetic induction method and is resistant to dust, oil, and condensation. It does not require air purging without contact so that both high repeatability and high accuracy can be maintained for many years.

While maintaining the same resolution and accuracy as the MPLZ series, the newly developed signal detection method and high integration of the board eliminate the need for scale wiring and A/D converters.
