Nidec Advance Technology (hereinafter, "the Company") is pleased to announce that Michio Kaida, Chairman, received the "International Outstanding Contribution Award" at the "TPCA Show 2025" held in Taiwan.

TPCA Show is an exhibition hosted by the Taiwan Circuit Board Association, gathering all products and technologies related to the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry. This includes electronic circuits, mounting technology used in electronics, information and communication, and control equipment, as well as raw materials and chemicals for electronic substrates.
This prestigious award is presented to individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of Taiwan's PCB industry.
The awards ceremony was held at the GRAND HILAI TAIPEN on Wednesday, October 22.

 

 

■Contribution Achievements

1. Delivered more than 1,000 units of electric inspection system with JIGs, AOI equipment since the 1990s, continuously updating them with the latest technology.

2. Introduced cutting-edge technologies for IC substrate developed in Japan and promoted Taiwanese PCB manufacturers to a leading position in the global market.

3.Pioneered the introduction of now-standard testing methodologies, such as 4-wire testing, spark testing and embedded testing in the HVM process.

4/Established Taiwan subsidiary in 2000, continuing to provide customer-oriented, quick and reliable service.
