We develop and manufacture automotive electrical components that support "safety, security, comfort, convenience, and the environment" in the ever-expanding global automotive industry. Our products are installed in many cars around the world, and we plan to continue expanding in the future.

On the other hand, unlike other industrial products such as smartphones, cars require extremely high reliability, including safety and long-term use in a variety of environments.Furthermore, cars are sometimes called "beloved cars," and end users love and own each car, inspecting and repairing it, washing it, etc. For industrial products, there is a concept of a defect rate of XX ppm (XX defects per million), but even if there is just one defective part, for the end user, it will be a 100% defect rate.

Some of our products are related to cars "drive, turn, and stop," so we must ensure the safety of end users with reliable quality.

To improve product quality, it is also essential to check the details of the shapes of the parts incorporated into the product.
We use three-dimensional measuring machines (coordinate measuring machines) and non-contact shape measuring machines (3D scanners) to measure complex shapes with high precision and efficiency to ensure the quality of prototypes and mass-produced products.
In order to guarantee product quality, it is important to quickly determine the cause of any abnormalities that occur during the process. We make full use of simulators that can reproduce actual use to thoroughly investigate the product, identify the cause, and take measures.
Unfortunately, there are times when defective products are returned to the market. Skilled members work together to investigate any abnormalities, identify the cause, and take measures.

We use a scanning electron microscope (SEM) to observe and analyze product structures in units of a few nm (nanometers).
We check product quality from a microscopic level that is invisible.
