Takisawa Original Software Tiwap-1
"TiwaP-1" is an interactive programming system fully supporting creation, simulation, and execution of machining programs to reduce operator' labor. "Input" by the interactive system is easy for the operator to create programs without knowledge of G codes. "Check" of programs can be done by simulating the cutting results with 3D animation and tool path drawing. In "Operation", the machining spindle and the order of process types are automatically recognized to optimally execute spindle control and C-axis zero return.
RAKU-RAKU TURN
"RAKU-RAKU software" (dialogue software) installed in the RAKU-RAKU Expert system "TAC series" is available on CNC lathes!
It fully supports programming for 2-axis machining, machining simulation, and automatic operation of the program.
FANUC iCAP T（PANEL iH Pro）
AD data, in addition to familiar symbolic key input (2D/3D DXF and IGES formats are supported) is available.
Supports milling including slant surface in addition to turning. Reduces programming time with automatic process definition.
