High speed・High resolution
0.1μm・30m/sec
Scale is mounted on the stage driven by a linear motor, and high-speed operation is performed with 0.1 μm detection.
Excellent environmental resistance
Since the scale is not optical type but "electromagnetic type", it is not affected by surface dirt.
Even if Scale pattern is dirtied with marker, Scale will work without problems.
Most suitable for detecting the position of high speed stage with linear motor.
In the video example Scale and Head are mounted on the right side of the linear stage.
