Our unique patented technology has realized the world’s smallest class of spring fabrication. We have developed a vertical MEMS spring probe combined with an ultra-small plunger. It could be built into JIGs and probe cards for electrical inspection of semiconductor and printed circuit board. The shape of the tips are selectable, and custom-made design enables you to realize your requested load and stroke.
