Nidec OKK's Net Monitor can meet its customers' requests such as "Manage individual machines' machining performance from the office" and "Monitor the status of machines' operations from home."

By connecting machines and a PC on the Ethernet, the user can use the PC to monitor the machines' conditions, manage their performance, and oversee machining programs.

The product's features

1. Machine monitoring function

This function monitors information on individual machines.
(e.g. machining program numbers, tool numbers, individual axis machine coordinates, and numbers of alarms issued)

2. Performance management function

This function displays the number of machined works (units), start and end time of machining, machines' operating time, and other information.

3. Program management function

This function enables the user to manage all machining programs on his/her PC.

4. Tool monitoring function

This function shows a machine's tool-related information. The user can use his/her PC to see the status of tool number registration, tool life data, and other information.
