High-speed, high-precision chamfering method
- With a short cycle time,good finished surface quality can be obtained without bulges and secondary burrs in the edge and tooth surfaces of gears.
- Edge burrs generated during hobbing in the previous process can also be removed at the same time.
- Our accurate simulation ensures the desired chamfer shape. Chamfering of tooth bottom and large chamfering widths of 1 mm or more are also possible.
