Nidec Drive Technology Corporation (“Nidec Drive Technology” or “we”) announced today that it will exhibit products at China International Industry Fair (CIIF 2025), an event to take place in Shanghai, China, from Tuesday, September 23 – Saturday, September 27, 2025. 

In the Chinese market, as the need grows for automation and labor-saving based on a growing economy, so does the demand for gearboxes, including those used in industrial and humanoid robots, both of which represent the nation’s automation trends. To satisfy these needs, Nidec Drive Technology will introduce a full lineup of its high-precision, high-durability gearboxes to help companies to achieve better productivity.

CIIF 2025 will also see Nidec Drive Technology showcase technologies that support machines in our lives, including strain wave gearboxes applicable to diverse advanced applications such as industrial robots and high-profile humanoid robots; as well as the “ABLE series” (planetary gearboxes), which can be used together with major motors from around the world to operate applications such as vertical motion drives and turnstiles.
We remain committed to delivering gearboxes that contribute to the progress and innovation of the global manufacturing industry. 

Nidec Drive Technology’s main exhibits will include: 
- Three new models for the Chinese market (to be unveiled at the fair)
- Demonstration of a SCARA robot using an ABLE series model for its third elevator axis
- Five applications of ABLE series planetary gearboxes; i.e.,
(i) vertical operation, (ii) turntable, (iii) stirring machine, (iv) slide operation, and (v) turnstile - Actual models such as:
KINEX Series (large high-precision gearboxes)
FLEXWAVE Series (high-precision gearboxes for precision control)
ABLE Series (planetary gear gearboxes)
