ABLE is Nidec’s flagship gear reducer brand, accounting for more than 50% of the company’s gear reducer manufacturing business and holding the largest market share in Japan, China, and other Asian markets. Its planetary gear design combines a lightweight, compact construction with a coaxial shaft configuration. Helical gearing provides high rigidity and quiet operation.
The standard ABLE planetary gear reducer lineup offers reduction ratios from 3 to 100 and allowable torque ratings from 6 to 3,300 Nm. Custom specifications are also available.
